Return & Exchange Policy – Gareeb Log

At Gareeb Log, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • The item was not marked as final sale or non-returnable.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Worn, damaged, or washed items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Innerwear or intimate clothing (due to hygiene reasons)

  • Items purchased during sales or with discount codes (unless defective)

3. Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges for:

  • Size issues

  • Defective or damaged items

  • Wrong product delivered

To initiate an exchange, email us at [Insert Support Email] within 7 days of receiving the item. Mention your order number, reason for exchange, and desired size or product.

4. Refund Policy

A. Refund for Prepaid Orders:
  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

B. Refund for COD Orders:
  • Refunds for Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders will be made via UPI or bank transfer after return approval.

  • We may request UPI ID or bank details via email.

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. We will confirm your request and share the return shipping address.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you about the refund or exchange status.

Return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or wrong.

6. Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, or before it is shipped — whichever comes first.

  • To cancel, email admin@gareeblog.com with your Order ID.

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
